Beyond Meat wanted to put cameras in the fields where their ingredients actually come from. In Scobey, Montana — a small farming community in the northeast corner of the state — we spent time with growers who'd built direct contracts with the company to grow lentils and peas. Company founder and CEO Ethan Brown joined us on location. The film has since surpassed 3 million views.
